One-on-One Tutoring Services

Reading & Spelling Foundations
$75.00

These in-person or virtual sessions consist of explicit 1:1 phonics lessons. UFLI Foundations is an explicit, systematic, and research-based phonics program that focuses on phoneme awareness, letter-sound correspondences, reading, and spelling skills. Help K-8 students or beginner English speakers gain fluency and confidence in their reading and spelling.

Decoding Math
$75.00

In these in-person or virtual 1:1 structured numeracy sessions, the student and I will use multi-sensory strategies and games to build strong number sense, grounded in the Science of Math. These lessons focus on K-2 math, such as addition/subtraction and multiplication/division. We use tools such as cuisenare rods and dot cards to develop a deep number sense.

Ms. Robertson

With a Master's in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan, four years of classroom experience in Ann Arbor Public Schools, and a current role as an assistant reading interventionist at King Elementary, I bring both training and hands-on expertise to every session. My background also includes three years in South Korea teaching English and studying Korean, giving me a unique perspective on the courage it takes to grow.
